Change Message background & Fonts

As you know, the Impression changes all numbers in a text message to links, making them blue. They are impossible to read in many lighting conditions I've encountered. I found in another post that someone thinks it's not changeable. That is terrible! You have to wonder if anyone tested the phone b4 releasing it to the market.

The next best solution would be a way to change messages to white background with dark text. Then their crazy blue numbers wouldn't be a problem. Of course, that option doesn't seem to be available either. Anyone have a solution to this problem?

I got a hold of Samsung and they told me to reset the phone via the menu system. I did, and it now works fine!
