hey im coming from a Sony Ericsson W580 where i could change the menu icons and pretty much everything else on the phone. i was wondering if anyone has ever tried to change the menu icons on their Impression bc i would consider changing mine to look like the Android ones and then i would use the default Android lake picture for my background and have a "replica" Android Impression :p so yea, does anyone know anything???

Not possible with this phone with what we have tried so far. Icons are hidden and compressed in a format that cannot be altered.

Well at least we have a little bit of hope knowing where they are and how to get to them. What happened to (insert username here) who has a mom that works for Samsung and could possibly know how to extract the files from that weird extention file. Id be interested in pursuing this mod so if anyone has any breakthroughs with the filesystem let me know. Smiley im an exceptional Sony Ericsson hacker so if i could start modding Samsungs, i'm sure it would be worth everyone's while. thanks

Cant get to them with TKFE. You need QPST to find the hidden folder. The are .rbm files. Nothing has been found to open these files to edit them. Locked screen savers are there too.

Whenever i search .RBM on the net it say's it has to do something with the registry errors.
