I don't know if it's because my phone is the UCID3 version, but I don't have the Bmp\Black folders in Rsrc.  The only folders in Rsrc that show for me are OpenVG and String. Other copies on phone exist. Do you think if it was this easy it would have not been done by now? However, has anyone tried a simple batch file (or python, java, c++, .net, anything) to replace the files?
