The website www.pisamba.com is by far the best free tone and wallpaper site on the internet.  You simply make an account for free, (similar to this site) and then you can upload songs and edit them to create ringtones as well as upload wallpaper pics.  You can get most of the content sent directly to your phone via text message or you can download it to your computer or get a link sent to your phone.  (when you send via text message it says "link has been sent to your phone" but you will get the message)  Check it out and reply on what you think!

Ring-tones are pretty decent but the site doesn't seem to show what size they are. The wallpaper area does have some good ones but it would be nice if the site was more organized and had categories. Also the site doesn't seem to care what people upload on it (like pictures of themselves, nudity, and inappropriate pics) so they should make a feature to block that content as an option. I'm gonna stick with with this site and Zedge for now, But thanks for showing it  Grin
