I increased the volume by 9db. I can lower it a bit if you want.  I use a free program called audicity. I used it to do my woohoo one. You will have to download another file that allows the program to save in mp3 format. Run the application and open the mp3 file. On the bottom left there is a slider to adjust db. Program is also great for making ringtones as it can cut, make mono, and change the bitrate.
