Annoying issue with my phone! Please help!

My phone tends to call the last person I called on my 'Recent Calls' list. Sometimes when I hit the green 'Talk' button, it brings up recent call list, but then right away calls the last person I called.

Sometimes none of the buttons work. I switch to my older phone (which is now broken) for a few weeks and then try my Impression and it works for about 2 days till it starts doing the same stuff.


If I leave the phone on my desk, it goes into recent calls and calls whoever was last called.  Even when the phone is in my pocket it does this. I'll occasionally hear a familiar voice saying "Hello?"

When it calls a person (when I don't want it to), I can't seem to end the call without taking out the battery.

Sometimes it will open and close the Calendar over and over and over until I take the battery out.

I have not yet tried to reset the phone. I didn't think it would make much of a difference since it seems like a button is stuck. But i'd be willing to reset.

I'm not sure if the 'Talk' key is broken (stuck or something) but this phone is only 2 to 3 months old and it is the one that AT&T gave me after my first one broke, through warranty (warranty is up now).

Every button still makes a "click" sound so i'm not sure if any of them are stuck.

Right now none of the buttons work. It's not calling anyone but it's trying to. I have it locked and it keeps lighting up even though i'm not getting a text or call.

This is currently the only phone I have!

I would like to have this one till January when my 2 year contract is up and I can get a new phone from AT&T.

Any help is appreciated!

EDIT: I have reset the phone and nothing changed. I've been having this issue for a few months now. I've been using an older phone that I can't use anymore so this is my last resort. I've heard it could be a stuck back button.

Well i'm sure that 90 day warranty is up already. I'm going to stop by AT&T to see if they could possibly fix it. I'll give them some spiel about how I can't afford a new phone and I need it for work. Which I do.
