If you want an app instead of going to a website (like Moodio) try Virtual Radio. It's not fancy but it has plenty of stations and it works! Remember to modify the .jad with the screen rotate trick so it works landscape too.

I tried VirtualRadio - and I like the premise and layout - but I get the usual error - "not authorized to access the restricted API"  Is there away to get around this error yet?

If you can't convince them, confuse them!

Create a new network profile:

     Set Name: VRadio (or whatever)
     Access Name: wap.cingular
     Auth Type: None
     User ID: <blank>
     Pasword: <blank>
     Protocol: HTTP
     Home URL: http://
Proxy Address: 0.0.0.0:0         <<<<<------Goat thinks this should be blank
     Linger Time (sec.): 300
Nothing set in Advanced Settings

Assign this profile to Virtual Radio.  Be aware that after updating Java DB in Internals, the network profile for Virtual Radio will return to the default profile.  I've made the above profile my default for all my apps so I don't have to remember to do this each time I update Java DB.  Hope this helps!!

I tried doing what you said and ended up with a new error message -

"file download thread:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Missing port number (Missing port number)"

leave the proxy address blank. No need to put any of those 0's in there. "0" is an illegal port number as defined by 0.0.0.0:0
