I actually have tried locify.  I didnt see any other languages. I wasnt to hip on the way they mapped their tiles with spaces in between each tile.   But I have no problem adding it if you think it is worthwhile.

I just read that it is a Beta. I don't think it is a good mapping program comparing what we have in aMaze and Google maps. But it is the only free Geocaching.com compatible app that works on our phone, that I have found yet.
So just the Geocaching functionality makes it worth posting, the rest of it is obsolete compared to what we have. Geocache navigator by Trimble is a better program than Locify but it has a  monthly subscription.

Geocaching Live is a far better program, but also in Beta form. I will be removing Locify to make room for other apps.

I can put a fullscreen version of palringo on the apps thread but there is no signed version. It will have to be installed with TKFE or goatbroken to avoid the prompts.

No. You need to goatbreak apps on the phone. Either goatbreak or install with TKFE.

vTap- watch any mobile video from your phone including YouTube. Scans the web and Wikipedia for all related videos. I've included the .jad and .jar files, already made Touch/Fullscreen.*

*Edited - took out "Goatbroke" - thanks for the correction Goat...

I recently tried this application. Looks very similiar to the youtube app. But my phone kept flashing the backlight on and off.

Cant be goatbroke. That is something you do on the phone after its installed. You cant do that before hand.

I'll give it a try and see if its the same version I had.

Who doesn't need a "Magic 8 Ball" every once in awhile to help them make the important decisions in life?

Has anyone come across one of those for the Impression?

Mobilewitch Bluetooth Remote Control is a free of charge program that can be used to control your computer from distance. The main purpose of this software is to turn your mobile phone into a universal PC remote control.

The application is perfect for business as well as for your own enjoyment. Now you can easily remote control your PowerPoint presentations, Mouse Cursor or simply explore the content of your computer directly from your mobile phone.

Tones of handy features will be available after installing the software. You will be able to change the tracks and videos played on Media Player or Winamp, browse for artists, albums or adjust the volume. The application will also give you remote access to programs such as Windows Explorer, Internet Explorer or Firefox. In the same time you will be able to Run commands on your computer or send text messages to your desktop.

The program consists of two parts - the client and the server (both being written in Java). The former is located into a J2ME capable mobile phone with Bluetooth capabilities while the latter is placed in the computer you wish to remotely control.

So, all you need for this software to run is a mobile phone with Bluetooth™ support and a Bluetooth dongle installed on your computer.

http://www.mobilewitch.com/Mobilewitch-Bluetooth-Remote-Control_software_details_2.htm

download from their website, install the program, the jad and jar files (after an hour of searching and keyboard pounding) is located in the mobilewitch folder of where you installed the program on your computer, you will have to goat break the program to get it to see the computer, if it doesnt see the computer then try re-pairing the phone and comp together still doesnt work then try making a new incomming transmission.

suppose to show the computer screen on your phone of where the mouse is but mine just shows white screen

great for powerpoints!

MobileWitch Pass Safe is a strong, innovative password manager or password keeper that also extends its utility over Pocket PCs and mobilephones, providing highly encrypted passwords. The application’s main purpose is to secure, create and store sensitive data and get that burden of large, delicate information off your shoulders.

You can put all your passwords in one database, that is locked with one master key so that you only have to remember one single master password to unlock the whole database. The database is encrypted using the best and most secure encryption algorithms.

The Mobile Application employs the same database format and same key features as the Desktop version.

The MobileWitch Desktop version features a simple, intuitive interface that lets users set up their password database in minutes. You can copy a password just by double-clicking, and paste it directly into your application. Software’s built-in password generator allows you to instantaneously set up new passwords. It has the ability of recognizing your programs and sites, and saves you time and effort by offering to fill in the proper information for each one automatically. Prevent any vulnerability to your accounts.

We have considered everything to best protect your confidential information – therefore the Desktop version has built-in protective measures such as the automatically clearing of the clipboard when you minimize or exit it.

The software allows you to sort passwords into groups which then can be modified or deleted at any time. You can also have subgroups attached to the existing groups.
